Always happy to hear from volunteers interested in contributing to Panda’s future.
To answer your specific question, we don’t have a specific timetable for Panda releases, but you can get a preview on the new features by checking out the buildbot release. The cvs log is also publicly available, as well as an rss feed, for the day-to-day changes.
