You shouldn’t use Panda for Oneiric. You can use this github.com/PeteX/friendlyfruit/downloads and if you need librocket, refer to my post here: [SOLVED] Can I install Runtime insert SDK ?
Make sure to completely remove the packages from Oneiric.
