What’s the the planned schedule for the installers for setuptools?
Currently, the only packaging options available are archives (e.g, zip, tar.gz, etc.). Adding support for installers is planned for the future.
NSIS installers for Windows are actually supported, but it’s experimental. I have an issue open to update that manual page. I realized NSIS was missing from that page yesterday.
