Hey Everyone. Iam new to Panda. And anytime i try to open the scene editor.py or solar_system.py. It opens quickly and closes quickly. Please can someone tell me what to do. Iam using the ppython. What Else!

Try running it from the command shell (Accessories|Command Prompt), so you can see the error message(s) before it goes away.
If you post the error message here, we may be able to tell what’s going on.

This is probably a path issue as you are mentioning running the .py files. Have you tried running the files which have "Run " before the name? i.e. “Run SolarSystem” ?
If that fails then do it through a DOS shell. If you need advice on that just post and Im sure someone will guide you through it.
