Do you or your clients already have a specific set of projects under development involving Panda3D? If so, what are those applications? It appears that micro1 is an AI staffing agency, rather than a conventional application developer.

Hi Simulan, Micro1 carries both Ai training roles and other roles. It originated as a tech staffing agency that was an early adopter of using AI agents to conduct interviews. So then it, and a similar company, Mercor, were lucky in growing rapidly when AI companies like Anthropic and OpenAI decided they needed to rapidly stand-up project teams of subject matter experts to train AI systems with human feedback [RLHF]. And that’s what drew me to it orginally, finding Doctors who were interested in AI, AI training and referring them to Mercor and Micro1, they both run referral schemes. Once I started that [in Dec] I noticed Micro1 also recruit to ‘normal’ roles including tech.
In the last few weeks a slew of really highly paid roles have been advertised around: financial modelling, and this role which is one of a slew of programming roles for legacy gamining tech. There’s been another set aimed at training AI to learn to use OpenSource software for media editing.
These have all been highly paid roles, with high referral fees, with urgent on-boarding requirements. So I thought I’d get stuck in and try and find people to fill them.
Your question is very valid, and I’ve been asked it in every forum I’ve posted in.
Due to the nature of my relationship referrer → Micro1 → client I don’t know any more of the specifics of the role other than you can see in the advert, unfortunately.
