Dear all,
I’m having troubles when using maya2egg2010 converter. I have simply created a model using Maya 2010 that has been saved with the .mb extension
I have tried to convert this model to egg format following the manual instructions.
>maya2egg2010 cube.mb cube.egg
The converter never returns…so i was obliged to perform a Ctrl^C to kill it.
When typing the following command:
>maya2egg2010 cube.mb
I got the following output:
Initializing Maya.

This looks like a valid egg syntax however the converter is blocked/frozen and never returns I have the make a Ctrl^C that produces a Seg fault.
So if someone can help it would be very appreciated.
Here is my config:
Panda3D:
- I am using tools downloaded with Pand3D RELEASE 1.7.0
OS: - Mac OS X 10.6.4
Maya : - Maya 2010 - Student Licence. Files saved under the maya binary format.
Kind regards,
