Is there something like VCS for the Panda3D manual? In other words, I want to track changes in the manual.

The manual is a wiki. You can log in with a semi-secret link, as described on this thread.

I would like to strictly emphasise, though, that the guidelines on this page should be followed when editing the manual:
panda3d.org/manual/index.php/Talk:Main_page

(It would be a good idea to mention this along with the link every time when distributing the login link to others.)
