Anyone who can help me with this problem, please don’t hesitate. I just downloaded Panda3D from this site. It won’t let me use it. It just gives me the options; Manual, Uninstall, and the test. Please help me! 
Don’t just look in the Start menu. Go to drive:[i]pandapath[/i]. That’s where all of the files are at. If you were hoping for an easier way to use Panda instead of scripting, then you’re out of luck.
