I was following the directions in the manual, and I have installed Panda 3d. However, when I go to command prompt and type “python (name of the file I made)” it replies: “‘PYTHON’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.” What’s going on? Can anybody help? Thanks.
sounds like the good old path-issues to me. since this problem is windows-specific i cant tell you the sollution straight away. but it was discussed several times on the forum in the past. so you might have some luck searching it for “windows python path” or so.
if you dont find anything some other windows user should be able to help you,soon.
