Float "," "." issues with pstats cfg

it happened again. float values beeing interpetated wrongly.
systemlanguage for me is german, using ubuntu 9.10 64bit with panda build from launchpad.

thomas@Nekomimi-modebook:~/Desktop$ pstats
:prc(warning): Invalid floating-point value for ConfigVariable collect-tcp-interval: 0.2

pstats starts but no application connects to it.
