Experimental WebGL loading screen

I tried a quick prototype of a possible ‘loading’ screen for WebGL applications, which would be necessary once more of the engine is ported. (see [url]Panda3D WebGL Port!])

I applaud your efforts. It’s a big improvement over the default emscripten one. Debug infos and additional download information/estimations would be a great addition.
