You forgot to link to the Panda3D libraries. Make sure you have set the linker paths correctly to Panda3D’s lib and bin paths, and you have linked to at least the libraries p3framework and p3pystub.
PS. doesn’t this belong in the C++ coding using Panda3D forum section?
