hm. this looks like one of those infamous driverbugs with intel cards.
runs fine on my ubuntu 8.04 and geforce 8600gt.
Ahh right, I forgot about the Jaunty regressions with intel chips.
EDIT: I’m back!! Now working on a GUI system for in-game.
Curious so I downloaded and ran main.py,seemed fine until I put in my ‘commander name’ and clicked next, and game crashed, any i deas?
Vistsa 32 bit atm, and are you still working on this I see no activity since June, hope everything is ok.

Yes, I’ve abandoned the thread, but rest assured, it’s still in development.
There is a bug, did you click on “QuickPlay” or “Campaign”?
Also, hunt around in that folder. If the code is up to date, it should have created an stderr.txt file. I’d like to see that contents of that.
Also, remember that if you downloaded it from this thread, it is horrifically outdated.
