Looks like a problem with AO/SSAO plugin. You can try to play around with AO settings or disable this plugin.

when I disable all plugin, textures still little blinking

I dont now how create better settings for render pipline plugins

Could you tell me more about what video card you are running it on?

RTX 2060 6gb ram
windows 10
16 gb ram
AMD ryzen 5 1600
on video I use default settings for plugins
