I’m new to Panda3d and i have some problems with exporting files from 3ds max 9.
I have a new notebook and it has Windows Vista. I’m using 3Ds max 9 for making my models and want them to export to .egg.
I copied maxegg9.dlo and maxeggimport9.dle to the plugin folder.
When i start 3ds max this error pop up appear.
Loading DLLs
DDL <c:\program files*******\maxegg9.dlo>
failed to initialize.
error code:14001 - The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. please see the application event log for more details.
it give the same error for the importer as well.
i have service pack 2 for max9 installed for compatibility with Vista.
i’m working with Panda3D-1.4.2.
can somebody help me out please?
