stencils with lights?

So do stenciled objects really get affected by light? If I remember correctly, some said yes. But it doesn’t: mediafire.com/?nnjiummyy0x
On the left there is an object with stencils, on the right - without it.
As you can see the changing of attenuation doesn’t really affect the one with stencils. I can say the same for changing the light colour.

EDIT: With a very old Chicken exporter, only the 1st texture is lit. The one I use is R91 and lightning doesn’t work at all. Still not sure if this is a chicken or panda3d issue… The shader generator is enabled on both objects

EDIT: Seems like its not supported by chicken exporter.
