what consume fewer resources?

I have a track for a racing car game, the track is surrounded by a mountain that has 100 vertices. I have two options for the car does not leave the track, make monatana collide with the car in the physical simulation (use bullet) or instead of this, use a collision solid you would have 60 vertices. what consume fewer resources?
