Using the Panda 3D tools

Hi, Im new to Panda 3D. While reading through the manual I learned of some of the tools that are available with Panda such as the Scene Graph Browser. I edited the configuration file like the manual says but I cant figure out how to access the tools. Could someone help me out with this. Anything help would be greatly appreciated.

Once you edit the configuration file, the tools should show up once you run a panda application (such as one of the examples)
