using py2exe , Panda3d and Python 2.4

I tried following:

1. UnInstalled Panda3D

2. ReInstalled panda 3D 1.4.2 at E:\All\Panda3D-1.4.2
   (did not copied src contents to Direct folder)

3. Create Check.py(at E:\All\Panda3D-1.4.2) with following code
   import direct.directbase.DirectStart

run()

4. Created setup.py as specified by ynjh_jo.
   Modified following code
   PANDA_DIR = ‘E:\ALL\Panda3D-1.4.2’
   and
   setup(windows=[“E:\ALL\Panda3d-1.4.2\Check.py”],

5. At command prompt
   E:\All\Panda3d-1.4.2\Python>python E:\All\Panda3d-1.4.2\setup.py py2exe

6. Build and dist folders have been created at E:\All\Panda3d-1.4.2\Python

7. On running the Check.exe still following error occurs:
