Unity sidebar in full screen mode

Hello,

When running Panda3D in full screen mode in Ubuntu 12.04 with the Unity interface, the side bar remains visible. Sometimes it looks as if Panda3D attempts to cover it, but it pops back out on top. Is there a known fix for this?

I have the same problem is anyone knows of a solution.
