IS IT POSSIBLE TO VIEW TWO DIFERENT ANGLES FROM THE SAME SCENE IN TWO DIFERENT MONITORS SIMULTANEOUSLY? 
Yes. You will create a second camera, and attach it to a second Display Region, which you can find in the manual.
and just in case you need more than 2 monitors, you can search the forum for the word “cave”. should bring up numberous threads about more advanced display clusters.
