I’ve been looking over the site for forever, and I can’t recall where I’ve seen a link to download a copy of the manual.
I’m sorry to make a thread out of this.

Every x.x.0 release of Panda3D includes a downloadable version of the manual. So you can download the 1.5.0 manual here:
