Shell output

What means that:

Warning: DirectNotify: category 'Interval' already exists
Known pipe types:
(3 aux display modules not yet loaded.)
:express(warning): Adjusting global clock's real time by -107.322 seconds.

Thanks Martin

These are all ordinary messages that Panda writes when it is starting up. Agreed, they’re noisier than they need to be. You can suppress them if you want (though you may also suppress other, useful messages if you do).

This means that two different classes created a output category called “Interval”. This is more of an advisory than a warning.

This means that you have specified to use OpenGL (pandagl) for rendering, but in case OpenGL doesn’t work, there are other graphics backends available that have not yet been loaded (presumably these others are pandadx7, pandadx8, and pandadx9).

This is advising you that the Panda clock was adjusted to account for the time you were at the Python prompt. This is only a concern if you are attempting to synchronize two different Python processes and you want their clocks to remain in sync.
