Setuptools and Panda3d

Heyy…

I’m starting a big Python project for a class and I was hoping to use setuptools to manage installation. However, I’ve got no idea of how to require Panda3d, especially with a local copy. I don’t want to require all the samples and extra developer stuff included with Panda.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

there is so many ways to manage python installation. Panda3d being a very huge c++ library with a python component brings its own python so it cant be managed by setuptools very well.
