requirements for exported 3ds max models

hello again its mrx here just a question about 3ds max models, is there anything i should take tote of when creating my models for panda, for example less than 600 polys for characters, or pre-rendered textures.

i have had an ongoing problem with loading character modelsin panda (and i cant see anything when i preview the exported egg file) , that seems to be a model based reason.

Any suggestions?

I don’t know anything about Max, but there are no particular polygon limits for Panda. If by “pre-rendered textures” you mean file textures instead of fancy 3-D Max shaders, then yeah, you probably need to use pre-rendered textures.
