I’ve just hit this exact same situation. FWIW my app (and everything else suggested) work fine on one machine and not on another. The main difference between the two is the one with an nvidia card works and the one with an ATI card doesn’t. Both are running 64-bit Vista
Did anyone ever resolve this problem?
