Panda3d with all source code in C++?

I can do whole my project in C++, withou the python script?

Yes, that is very well possible. If you look at the manual, you will find info about it:
panda3d.org/manual/index.php
C++ Articles are marked (CXX) (becuase a + sign is not allowed in wiki pages)
