Panda3d 1.0.5 -Makepanda now works on Slackware 10.1

Hi All,

Whatever you guys did since 1.0.3 has fixed panda3d so that makepanda
now runs to completion on Slackware 10.1.

I wish I’d paid more attention to where Makepanda failed on 1.0.3,

I simply wasn’t sure what to do so I deleted it, unpacked it again and switched to ppremake. I guess it really doesn’t matter now.

Anyway, I thought I’d report it so that any newcomers to Panda3d (and
this forum) running Slack wouldn’t be afraid to try it out.

Huh. Well, I didn’t make many changes, but I can guess which one did it…

let’s see… is “libGL” in /usr/X11R6/lib on slackware?

If so, slackware is like mandrake in that regard.
