OnscreenText and Polish language signs

Hello.
I’m developing an application, which unfortunately can’t use English language (because it’s for children). Is there any way to use OnscreenText to reneder Polish signs? When I try to use Polish letters there are rects instead. For some signs there are other weird signs. Is there any easy way of using Polish letters?

Hello, are you sure that the font you’re using contains these characters? Can you tell us exactly which letters generate problems (I don’t know polish)?

I didn’t set any font, so I guess it’s default.
There are some warnings, that I get when I try to use letters like: źśćół

:text(warning): No definition in Perspective Sans Regular for character U+009b
:text(warning): No definition in Perspective Sans Regular for character U+0087
:text(warning): No definition in Perspective Sans Regular for character U+00b3
:text(warning): No definition in Perspective Sans Regular for character U+0082

Yes, this is a font problem (the errors say you haven’t those characters defined). I’ve tried with other fonts and I can show the characters you cited, so look for a suitable font.

I thought that Panda 3D just doesn’t support foreign letters.

Now everything is ok.
