Nagle issue on debian

Hi,

I install a server panda3d application on a debian server, and I got a naggle issue.

Weird, because, I haven’t on my laptop during tests phase, and because I deactivate it through code

if self.cListener.newConnectionAvailable():
			rendezvous = PointerToConnection()
			netAddress = NetAddress()
			newConnection = PointerToConnection()

			if self.cListener.getNewConnection(rendezvous,netAddress,newConnection):
				newConnection = newConnection.p()
				newConnection.setNoDelay(True)

Do you know if there is a specific configuration on debian/linux to do to disable nagle?

Thanks

It seems that we can configure /etc/sysctl.conf with those parameters:

  # TCP_NODELAY
net.ipv4.tcp_sack=0
net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0
# faster sockets reuse
net.ipv4.tcp_fin_timeout=10
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle=1

I have to try this tonight
