mouse wheel?

Hi there, sorry if this has been discussed before… I did try to use search without any luck, so here it goes:

What is the right event name for accepting the mouse wheel? I did try to use ‘mouse2-scroll’ as seems to be used on the scene editor, but that didn’t work. Any clues?

“wheel_up” and “wheel_down” are the events you should be listening for.

In general, you can discover what these event names are by starting up Python, importing DirectStart, and typing:

messenger.toggleVerbose()

Then put the mouse cursor within the window and press the button you want to know about. It will display all of the events it generates as a result of this.
