We’re trying to load the maya852egg in dos & get the following error…

cannot locate maya85

we have both downloaded & installed

‘Autodesk Maya 8.5 Personal Learning Edition’ & this is where we beileve the problem to be…

We have fully licesned editions of maya at uni but not at home! Is this error due to the edition of maya we have installed? Can anyone help with this problem please

I don’t know about your registry issues, but I do know that maya2egg can’t be used with Maya PLE. The PLE doesn’t provide the necessary DLL’s.
