lookAt ... mouse?

I’m working on a small bow and arrow game,
and I’m trying to make my bow “lookAt” my mouse

Any suggestions on how to do that?
do I have to translate my mouse to 3D coord system
or there’s something else I can do to make it “look” it
the bow is pointing at the direction of the mouse?

I guess you rather want to hide the cursor and rotate the bow with attached camera depending on cursor movement. In the middle of the screen you could then show a small circle or something.

Alternatively, if you really want the camera to stand still and only the visor to move, then I’d project from 2d space into 3d space.
