I had some trouble fully understanding the licence. Just in general terms I would like to know If i can statically or dynamically link this library in a commercial application without the application becoming either free or opensource.
Iām would not be using this in commercial software but closed source Is required for this project for security reasons.
The license imposes no restrictions on how you use the software. You can use Panda to create a commercial, closed-source application without violating the license. Term 3 only requires that you display the copyright notice with each copy of the software, which presumably includes the copy of the runtime that gets distributed with your application.
