I ask a question about morpher

I used morpher in 3dmax(a little boy), make some expressions on his face.
Exported to egg,the animation is wrong. All bones moving except the head.

So what’s wrong? How to fix it?

The 3dmax file is:

3dmax version is 8.0

Anyone help me?

I have no idea if the max exporter supports morph targets at all. I don’t think it does. I know the Maya exporter does, though.
