How to make subpart animation without owerlapping exeptions?

When I try to make part of the joints to objects belonging to another part, this error appears. Is there a simple way to avoid this, if, for example, I try to animate fingers and elbows separately?

when I try to create a sub-part that includes the bones of the fingers, and then create a sub-part that includes the rest of the bones of the hand (the bones of the fingers are joint to these bones), I get the error of overlapping joints
