Greetings

I wanted to just drop in and say hello. Im a new user of Panda 3D and having a great time using it. The documentation is great!

I wanted to offer a recommendation also for a good Python book, you can get it used at Amazon.com just be sure it has the CD.

Python Programming for the absolute beginner, by Michael Dawson.

My hope is to make a nice looking isometric game, so Im sure I’ll have questions along the way and thank you all for helping in advance.

Well, welcome & have fun then here

If you have questions and the search button can’t offer help, feel free to ask.

Regards, Bigfoot29

I’m glad I read this post!

Thanks for the mention of the book. I was actually just about to create a new post about a good Python programming refference. I’m quite experienced with both Visual Basic and C++ but a lot of what I’m used to just doesn’t exist in python (namely multidimensional arrays).

Anyway, thanks for the tip and nice to see you!

You can still make lists of lists you know.
