Getting a planar polygon's orientation (angle) in global space?

Assuming there already is a planar quad or single triangle NodePath without rotation applied in the scene and we want to know what its rotation is in global space, how can we get this info?
In something like Blender the face normal could be used.

If the plane normal is (0, 1, 0) in local space, you can use render.get_relative_vector(plane_nodepath, (0, 1, 0)) to transform it from the specific NodePath’s coordinate space space to global space.

Great, just what I needed, thanks.

Out of curiosity, can triangle normals in Panda be anything other than (0,1,0)? Same game engines automatically recalculate normals so can’t be changed.
