Flagging Tagging models in 3ds Max for egg export

Maybe someone knows the answer or a work around for this. We are trying to streamline the pipeline for a project we are currently developing which includes modelers working in blender, 3ds max and potentially maya. We have managed to get custom tags into the egg file in blender (thru buttons window > logic > add property) and it seems we have also found information on how to do so in maya.
The only problem is we have not been able to find a way to add these tags in 3ds max and all internet searches have led no where. Is there a way to add properties, ObjectTypes or tags in 3ds max so that they can be exported in the egg file?
