Another library that has face tracking is openFrameworks, but I doubt it’s nearly as good as face api:

Doh, I haven’t been watching the forums closely enough 
I’m working with the Redfish guys on this project and am the one that wrote the FaceAPI and Panda code shown in the video. It’s an interesting project and, hopefully, I will be able to post some more info when we’re done.
