Is it possible when you create a p3D, or a standalone executable to access to other files you package?
For example create a progress file for the player?

Sure, the files in the package are mounted on a virtual file system. You can open the files in the virtual file system (in the package) and the files in the real file system.

I can open the files in virtual without problem, but it can’t find real files. And I can’t write into the virtual to update…

Your application looks for files in the real filesystem inside the ‘start’ folder located in your Panda3D directory (or in the installation directory of your application if you deploy it with an installer built with pdeploy).
