While reading manual, a question popped up in my mind. It is said there that Panda uses FMOD for sound. Is it still correct? I heard something about replacing it with OpenAL…
It has support for both. Out of the box, the windows version is configured for OpenAL, and the linux version is configured for FMod. I would have configured both for OpenAL, but the linux version of OpenAL has some problems. It is easy to reconfigure.
