Migration to Visual C++ 2010, availability of x64 builds

Based on popular demand, we’ve finally switched to Visual C++ 2010. I’ve recompiled almost all of the thirdparty libraries for both 32-bit and 64-bit; my plan is also to start offering experimental 64-bit builds at this point. They should contain all you need. Make sure you grab the one for the arch you’re actually building for. Also make sure that you have the MSVC 2010 compilers installed (they are part of the Windows 7.1 SDK).
