Collisions with complex worlds or buildings.

I have read through a bunch of P3D collision tutorials and feel I have a basic grasp on basic solid-to-solid collisions, but I can’t find any solid information on how to handle collisions with objects such as structures and caves in which the “player” would travel inside of.

The “Ball in Maze” example included with P3D talks about adding tags to an egg file so that collision geometry can be automatically generated for complex objects. I believe this is what I am looking for, but I haven’t found any information on how to properly apply these tags to egg files. The documentation helps me to understand the tags only a little bit, but I am still stumped on how to apply them to my own egg files.
