Clicking on a 3D object

What I do in animating is first keep a normal object at the 00:00 mark. And every time the time increases, I change how the object looks, or I move it around. But I don’t think I am saving anything, so when I run the animation; nothing happens

In the “Dope Sheet” screen, using the “Action Editor” context, and with an Action created and selected, it should be found just to the right of the Action’s name.

Indeed, that doesn’t sound like it’s likely to work here. Look up a tutorial on animation using keyframes and actions in Blender, I think.
