Can't open cmd.exe?

I am using a mac, so I downloaded the mac version for Panda3D. I plan on making new games. But the problem is, things with exe can’t be opened on macs. Is this a bug? How can I get past it?

Same line of thought as the other poster. Why do you need to open the cmd? What kind of game are you making that requires you to pull up the cmd?

On Mac there is no cmd.exe, but instead you would open Terminal.app to enter commands.

Almost anything one does as a developer requires one to pull up the command line.
