Can you have “object1” cover where it is “blue” like you do for the terrain texture?

Okay, you have a bitmap for a terrain that have different colors on it. For blue you say let it be snow, for green, let the texture be grass for the terrain. Can you have the engine place objects off of different colors like for textures. Sorry I don’t really know how to put it.

to be a bit more precise. the engine can do pretty much anything you teach it. in your case you would simply sample the color of a pixel in question. and with a few if’s you can place your objects. you might want to read about the pnmimage class.
