audio recording for game showcase?

Not really a panda question, but its related to showcasing videos of your games to others.
Now, camStudio does a good job at recording video (not with the built-in codecs), but it doesnt capture audio. I dont mean the audio from your PC’s microphones, but the ones in your soundcard.
How can you capture those (so you’ll glue them with the video later)?
Obviously Im looking for a free tool (like camStudio), otherwise i would buy a video capture program which also supported that.

Audacity is a cross-platform open-source audio recording and editing program. Just set your operating system’s capture channel to your main mix channel or whatever is appropriate.

There are many open-source screen capture programs that can also record audio. Try recordMyDesktop or Istanbul.

The CamStudio website claims to support audio capture, though.
